By accessing or using SEO AgentBoss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SEO AgentBoss is an SEO audit and optimization platform that analyzes websites for search engine and AI discoverability issues, generates llms.txt files, and provides actionable recommendations. The Service operates on a freemium model: a free tier includes a limited number of audits, and paid subscription tiers (Builder, Builder Plus, Builder Pro) unlock additional features, higher usage limits, and priority support. You may use certain features without an account. To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit; (b) attempt to overwhelm or abuse the Service with automated requests; (c) reverse-engineer or redistribute audit results commercially without permission.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by SEO AgentBoss. Audit results generated for your websites belong to you.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you signed up via a free trial, you will not be charged unless the trial expires without cancellation.
The Service is currently in public beta. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of SEO recommendations, uptime, or data retention. SEO recommendations are advisory and should be validated before implementation.
SEO AgentBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any changes made to your website based on our recommendations.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
